This travel trailer appears to be well-maintained, although it is due for regular roof maintenance (e.g., additional sealant on all seams). There are a few issues to be aware of from a recent third-party inspection, which noted an interior section with some peeling wallpaper. This indicates possible water intrusion; however, water damage is minimal and will likely be corrected with standard maintenance of additional sealant on the roof seams. There is also some damage to the frame on the off-door side directly below the coupler. A close inspection reveals some repairs to the door-side exterior wall, as evidenced by paint overspray on the door and furnace and repairs to the awning arms. The trailer passed a propane leak test, and the regulator is within normal range.
