GREAT condition Road trek with all new custom upholstery! You will not find another one like it! 200 Versatile on a Chevy 3500 5.7L V8 chassis. 89k miles isnt anything compared to what this engine can handle. I've seen these running strong at 250k miles. Here's some of the specs Onan 2800watt Generator, propane tank, fridge, AC unit, gas stove, sink, flush toilet, shower, gas furnace, awning, gas safety heater, roof fan, water heater, fresh, grey, and black water tanks. Has basically new tires with plenty of tread, new brakes, and has been very well maintained. Some extras included. Leveling blocks, spare tire, tire covers, tire jack, front window cover. Gets 14-15MPG. Took this down to Florida and it ran beautifully. Would not even hesitate to take this cross country. What's great about the 200 series is the wide body combined with the extra length creates a abundance of storage space. Could comfortably go on a trip with 4 people. Does have scratches and paint peeling as well as typical scratches on some of the wood on the inside just from average wear and tear as well as where some mounts used to be. Although just about any road trek from this year will have that.

The previous owner replaced the original engine and transmission at 88,000 miles at a Florida Dealer ( I have the work order and receipts) so only 75,000 miles on the new ones. I replaced the seat behind the driver with a custom wood cabinet, and have the seat and all the tables included. Bamboo flooring up front, and carpet in rear. Includes TV and Dish Tailgater and receiver. Generator (with turbo exhaust), air-conditioner, furnace, hot water heater, and all appliances work great. New tires and coach battery. We also had the windows dark tinted and the Blu-ray tint on windshield. Has hanging clothes closet, plenty of storage, nice size refrigerator/freezer, 2 burner stove, microwave, bath/shower closet, twins that can convert to king bed. Has 2 tables, one for the rear and one for the front when you swivel the captain chairs around for TV viewing. It also has a large awning for enjoying the outside, Onan generator w/74 hrs. Also has outside shower and full size spare tire. Relatively new tires. Cold AC's. This rv handles very easy, can park in regular parking space, plus it is convenient when you travel to have all your things with you, stop to eat, rest, etc. Great for touring trips, just keep going, no need to turn back for hotel.
