This is an amazing RV! The only reason we are selling is because our family has grown and we no longer fit. We will miss it a lot, especially how easy it is to drive an to maneuver in high traffic areas and tight spaces. Roadtrek no longer makes this particular model which is a shame. The closest thing they have to is the 210 Popular, but the Popular will only sleep 3 and only has three seats up front vice four in this 210 Versatile. We especially like the extra seating because we were able to use this RV as a second vehicle when he had family over. It has a total seating capacity of 7 (we added an extra seatbelt in the back to make 7). Some of the nice features of this RV include: the granite countertops; the swiveling captain's chairs; the wide aisle (current Versatiles have a very narrow aisle); a larger bathroom than you will find in newer versatiles with a toilet, sink, and shower; it has an outside shower which is useful for cleaning gear, pets, etc; and this RV was upgraded with TRUCK SHOCKS and TRUCK BRAKES. We changed out the old DVD player and added a blu-ray player.  This unit is 1 inch short of 22 feet.  As far as sleeping arrangements go, the rear sofa turns into a King size bed pretty easily (the sofa portion is powered). The front seats turn into two narrow beds (we have the mattresses which are not standard in Roadtrecks per my understanding). I have slept on these small beds okay, but these are more ideal for small children and it is where are two young daughters slept. We just installed new deep 6 volt deep cycle batteries and the Onan generator, water heater, heater, A/C unit, refrigerator, stove top, microwave, all work as they should. For its size, this Roadtrek also has a lot of storage, in the cabin and underneath the cabin. Of course, it has some cosmetic defects, but overall it is in really good shape. If you have any other questions, just let me know. We have all the paper work for this RV, including receipts of previous work done (like installing the shocks, replacing batteries, etc). Please, if you have questions, do not hesitate to ask.
