Seating for three (w/seatbelts) on the couch in the back, with an additional table. Bathroom includes shower, toilet, sink, and exhaust fan... small but functional. Galley includes Dometic 3 way fridge (runs on propane, 12v or 120v), 2 burner Suburban stovetop, Ultraspeed 4x microwave/convection oven, and another sink. Coach has Duo Therm Penguin Air Conditioner with heat accessory package, and a separate Suburban propane furnace. Has an on board Onan MicroLite 2800 series propane generator, TrippLite inverter, and 30amp shore power connection, so you'll have power everywhere you go. Also has flat screen tv, dvd player, and amplified antenna. Has 13 ft Fiamma awning. Tanks - 30 gallon fresh, 24 gal grey, 10 gal black, 50lbs propane. Exterior has macerator for sewer tanks, auxiliary propane hookup, 30amp 110 connection, external tv hookup, external water connection w/ pressure regulator, and an outdoor shower. At only 22ft long, it drives like a van or large SUV. No problems driving it anywhere; can always find parking. I typically get between 20-22 mpg, but have gotten as high as 24 mpg on a trip where I was unable to go over 65mph. It's very compact on the inside, but everything is laid out in a very efficient and user friendly way. I'm 6'5" and I "just fit" everywhere. The best part about Class B's is that you can take them lots of places that you can't take a Class A or a huge 5th wheel, especially a lot of State parks that have length restrictions. You can dry camp in this for a couple nights no problem. And best of all, you'll get wherever you're going without spending a fortune on fuel. Price is negotiable, as is inclusion of bedding, towels, dishes, etc.
