This elderly couple is selling there RV in nearly new condition. We have seen ads for these ranging from $70,000 to $100,000. We believe this is a fair price for someone who will appreciate the value. I have a nearly complete "diary" and service records of the RV. It has all the excellent features of Mercedes and Roadtrek. (You can and we encourage you to check out all the outfittings of this Mercedes/Roadtrek Agile SS on line.) This is registered as a 2011, though the inservice date is July 19, 2012 by Roadtrek, which considers it a 2012 model. There are only 21 hrs on the generator, I like that the generator runs on propane. It is fully equipped with bathroom, three burner stove, microwave, 3-way refrigerator TV, souround sound, GPS and more. The external connections include propane, water, sewer, cable tv and electrical. It has a second, outdoor shower and an awning The new dual deep cell 6 volt batteries ($897) are a couple of weeks old. There are dual density foam cushions for the electric fold-out bed--from a couch to a king sized bed by the flip of a switch. The RV has smoke, propane and CO detectors, a full sized spare tire on the rear continental kit, a 5,000 lb trailer hitch with electronic brake controller. ( It was a pleasure to tow a 4100 pound trailer twice, 1000 miles each time, with ease and full control.) This is a wonderful vehicle to drive, can fit into most normal parking spaces, gets great mileage with the Mercedes 3.0 diesel V-6 motor and can easily be used as daily driver.
