2007 Roadtrek Adventurous Class B Van with 109K miles. This motorhome was very well taken care of and is in excellent condition, 9 out of 10 B vans you look at with this many miles will look nowhere as good as this one. It? s very easy to drive and easy to park and has great handling, even on windy days. Power windows, power door locks, remote keyless entry and ? comfort seats? in the cab with 10 way adjustability, arm rests, lumbar supports and headrests make it a joy to drive., It has tons of storage space, more than you could imagine you could fit into a van. And it is a rare unit because it comes with the extra matching front removable cabinets which were sold directly from the manufacturer, they are not the poor fitting aftermarket cabinets. The cabinets are also very easy to remove and only require removing 4 wingnuts. The unit also comes with the 2 seats that go behind the front seats, so you can seat 4 comfortably while driving if you do remove the cabinets. , The rear bench seats can either be used as 2 twin beds or they can be converted into a king sized bed. There are extra sleeping pads that convert the front 4 seats into 2 twin beds as well. , There is dining seating room for 8 with 2 separate collapsible tables. The kitchen has a sink, 2 burner stove, upgraded fridge and convection microwave as well as a built in spice rack and an outlet in the cupboard over the sink for extra appliances. , The bathroom is a good size for a B van and is fully enclosed with a toilet, sink and shower. It has plenty of storage space for your containers as well as 2 drawers for smaller items and several mirrors. , There is a TV and DVD player in the rear of the van as well as a larger storage area under the rear bed/bench seats which can be accessed from both outside and inside the van. , The windows have day/night shades on them and 2 of the interior lights have multi position switches so you can adjust the brightness from bright to nightlight. , The manual awning on the passenger side of the van is in good shape and comes with an extra stabilizer bar for those windy days. There is also an outside shower to help keep the dirty days outside, and it is equipped with a tow bar . It gets 20 mpg with it? s Mercedes Benz turbo diesel engine and also has an Onan 3600lp Generator with 231 hours on it. It also has a macerator which makes dumping your tanks easier through a small 1? line that can also pump uphill. , This van has it all, all it needs is you behind the driver? s seat to steer it down the open road on an adventure, just like it? s name suggests.
