The tires are just like new. Dinette area turns into 2 twin size beds or can be turned into a king size bed. Driver and Passenger seats turn around where there is a table for a 2nd dinette for two. It has a sink, 2 burner stove, toilet, stand up shower, and a outside shower aswell. Has rear and front privacy doors. Includes a Microwave and a 3 way refridgerator with freezer compartment ,Air Conditioning and heater. Hot Water Heater LP Lots of storage space inside and out EVERYTHING WORKS! runs excellent 5.7 liter Vortec Engine 4500 Onan Generator Built on a 3500 Series Chassis has Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Has a Propane Tank. Also Barbeque Pit Hook Ups also includes a hitch reciever, can tow up to 8,000 pounds. Water Capacity is 26 Gallons Black Tank is 13 Gallons and Grey Tank is 24 Gallons.
