Very well maintained, with service records and recent front brakes, radiator, tires (10k miles), batteries (house and engine), and more. Dodge 3500 chassis with a powerhouse V8 engine. Body in very good shape with little rust. Unit has been stored in the winter. Everything works except the cruise control. New custom made rear seat cushions (w/premium high density memory foam). This is a great starter RV. Can drive and park anywhere. Includes front and rear AC, generator w/fewer than 300 hours, hot H2O, 3 way refrigerator, microwave, in & out shower, 2 burner propane stove-top and awning. Clean title. We have loved her, but are upgrading to a slightly newer Roadtrek 190 Popular.
