We are selling our 2004 Roadtrek RV used to travel to and from California visiting our daughter which accounts for its mileage. The engine does not use any oil between oil changes. The RV has been gone over mechanically with all belts, engine wiring, plugs, etc. replaced approximately nine months ago. New tires installed approximately 13 months ago and are in excellent condition with a lot of tread wear left in them. Inside the RV everything works good and everything has been winterized for cold weather. All new curtains were installed in July of this year. The only problem is that the toilet valve sometimes temporarily sticks open and a small vent window is stuck closed. We never opened the small vent windows until we decided to test them before listing the RV for sale. 2004 Roadtrek 170 Popular , We used this RV to travel to LA to visit our daughter which accounts for its high mileage. Chevy tells us this engine is rated for 350,000 miles. Almost new tires, all appliances in good condition and has a generator. The only problem is that the toilet valve will sometime hang up before it closes and one rear window does not open because the previous owner stuck it with caulking.
