She may be a 2013, but she is in great condition, and everything works, per the seller. This unit appears to be very well cared for, and the owner has replaced items throughout the RV.
The generator runs, and there are two propane tanks.
The furniture doesn't appear to have any rips or tears, and the carpet and wood-look floors appear to be in very good condition. She appears to be very clean.

This Fifth Wheel/Toy Hauler has lots of options for use. She can be a toy hauler for all your bikes, motorcycles, etc., an extended patio for parties with family and friends, or use the cargo ramp to move materials across job sites.
She has three sleeping areas: a private bedroom with a queen bed, two electric beds in the hauler area that can be raised/lowered, and a full-size leather sofa sleeper in the lounge area. The leather couch/full bed was purchased in 2020.
Included are four TVs - in the toy area, bedroom, lounge area, and one on the exterior. There is also an electric fireplace under the TV in the lounge area.
The kitchen has stainless appliances - a 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, and double sink. The counter is a solid surface, and the 2 sink covers can be used as cutting boards. The backsplash is blue/aqua tile and adds an elegant touch to the kitchen. The pantry has lots of shelves and rack for food, spces, and any other necessities for the kitchen.
The lounge area across from the kitchen has two removable tables for dining or snacks.
The full bath has a handheld shower, shelves for necessities, and a glass enclosure. It also has a mirrored medicine cabinet and commode. The bath can be entered privately from the bedroom or the lounge area by pocket doors. In the back toys area, there is a separate bath with a commode and vanity.
There are numerous cabinets, drawers, and exterior storage compartments to store your belongings on the road. This setup makes it very roomy and open.
There is a portable dump wagon on wheels, including the hoses.
There is an awning which was installed in 2024. The Onan generator can be started inside or outside.
The Fifth wheel attachment, shown in the photos, may be purchased along with the RV.
This is a great RV and was purchased during Covid for the company. She has never wrecked or flooded, per seller.
