The unit has been completely rebuilt inside in the last two years. All mechanical and electrical systems work per the seller and she is ready to get back out on the road. All upholstery was replaced. Stock #253696 Tastefully updated! Murphy bed, TV lift, Solar, Wood Flooring, Custom Furnishings This is a newly rebuilt conversion on the Rexhall American Clipper platform! All of the mechanical systems are the quality you would expect from a factory build, but all of the walls and cabinets have been repainted or replaced! From the front, the two captains' chairs swivel to round out a very comfortable living room, complete with a large couch (folds into a queen bed), a cozy fireplace, and a large hidden TV mounted on a riser. The kitchen area is bright and well apportioned with a large table/desk opposite, one of two workplaces in the coach! The middle also is complete with the RV-style fridge and a full bathroom. The walk-around queen bed is in the rear, but the major change here is that the bed can be fully stowed as a murphy bed, giving way to two large storage areas to the sides and a fixed desk. It is a fantastic use of space and perfect for the couple who wants to get on the road while both still being able to work! Reason for selling is no longer using.
