2004 Rexhall Rex Air 32 foot coach. This was a demo model so it is fully loaded. It was first purchased from the dealer in September 2005. It is on a Ford chassis which was built in 2002. The RV was built in 2004. 2 tv's with DVD, VHS, electric fireplace, convection microwave,, outside shower, queen bed, hide a bed couch, breakfast nook that breaks down to a sleeping area (table is cracked-needs replacement), 5 awnings, generator, central air and heat. Side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Filtered water system. Dual slide outs make the living room like a small condo. Steel cage frame construction, 4 wheel disc brakes just fully redone. New Bilstein shocks, Recently driven cross-country but needs some minor upkeep. Less that 35,000 miles on the unit. Leveling jacks, back up camera, and other amenities need work, so unit is well priced. Generator needs a tune up.
