This coach is loaded! 2002 Rexhall Aerbus on a Workhorse chassis (far superior to the standard Ford chassis) featuring a GM 8.1 Litre gas engine and an Allison five speed transmission. Amenities include duel, ducted, 13,500 btu roof air conditioners, forced air furnace, Dometic side-by-side reefer, three burner stove, convection/microwave oven, coffee maker, 2 Fantastic Fan roof vents, driver's side door, Sony in-dash AM/FM CD player, setup for XM radio with dock and external antenna. Just installed a new color backup camera and color monitor. Coach also features a queen size Sleep Number bed for ultimate sleeping comfort. For entertainment, there is a Winegard Trav'ler fully automatic satellite antenna, for DirecTV (can be converted to Dish), a 32" flat screen HDTV, plus a 13"BR TV. There is a built-DVD/VCR/AM/FM stereo. For seating, there are the two captain’s chairs that can swivel to face the living area, an L-shaped sofa that converts to a bed, and a swivel, rocker recliner. For dining, there is an expandable free standing table w/2 chairs and a hi-lo table that can be folded down for use as a coffee table or raised up to be a dining table. The main, 15’ awning is new, as is the BR slide topper awning. The BR windows, as well as the LR window have pull-down awnings as well. The massive 8D house battery was replaced last year. The chassis is equipped with a Xantrex Inverter/Charger system. With the 2000 watt inverter, 120V accessories can be powered directly from the battery. The charger has a battery equalizer function that can greatly extend the life of the house battery.There is abundant outside storage in lighted, lockable compartments. Inside has much storage also.Health issues force the end of our 24 year RVing lifestyle. As such, we no longer have need of all the RV house wares we have accumulated. Included in the sale are all the dish wares, pots & pans (Revere Ware), utensils, cutlery, plastic glasses. linens, towels, and bedding.
