This trailer is suitable for boats up to 27 feet in length. This trailer, built by Real X Trailers in Miami, has a torsion bar, double axle and front disc brakes. All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, and we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is 8 years old will show more wear than one that is 3 years old. etc, etc...ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS unless otherwise noted. Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days. As we are located In Florida, we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer. We do not reveal our reserve prices, sorry. Our reserve prices are set realistically, usually between wholesale and retail price. We prefer to see all auctions through to the end in order to get the best price for a vehicle. We are a dealer however, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back. Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Payment/Fees You may pay the purchase price in cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards. If you are the winner, a 10% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter.
