This unit is in excellent condition. It's obvious that the owners take pride in keeping this fifth wheel in it's beautiful condition. Although the owner has a dog that has been in the unit, there was no evidence at all of a pet. The RV smelled fresh and looked like new. There were absolutely no soft spots in the floor.
