This is a 12ft Rancho El Rae Travel Trailer with a port-o-potty closet and good interior. She needs an exterior paint job to restore her to her original vintage condition but everything else about this little gem is in working condition and ready to go. Spare tire included. Original upholstery is in fair/good shape. Original floor is almost perfect. Nice large closet with a port-o-potty, plastic water tank, several outlets, ice box, double sink, stove/oven, gas lantern. Three small beds: couch bed, bunk bed and dinette bed. Anyone who know the history of the Rancho Trailer Co. in Utah, knows that they are well built. The brake lights, tail lights and back blinkers work. Some of the top running lights do not work- some just need bulbs. ADDED INFO 7/16/15 I have added detailed photos of the small area near the front of the camper that has water damage. It had a leak this summer due to the above average amount of rain fall. It has not leaked anywhere before so we were surprised to discover this one. It has been sealed and fixed but an area about 20x 20 inches has water damage to the paneling. Most of it is behind the couch cushion. It is dry now. Want to make sure buyer is aware of any damage. The tires are good and the spare tire is new. I would estimate that the camper weighs 1700/1800 pounds according to NADA information found online. DO NOT have a title. I came with our house when we bought it. It does have a license plate from 2007. See photos. We have not towed it. It has been in our yard for 4 years and we have moved it around in our yard and used it as a cabin. It is clean and a lot of fun to camp in. The previous owner said they traveled with it. I have had trouble finding information about 1970 Rancho El Rae's. It sounds like the company started making campers in the 1960's but a lot of the information I find starts with a 1971 Rancho El Rae. Not sure but there may not have been many of these made. Anyone know? Feel free to request detail photos or send questions. Would like buyer to know exactly what they are getting. It isn't perfect but we have loved having it. We need money for medical bills and lost wages from an injury so she has to go unfortunately.
