The trailer is a Trail-Lite Treck Series M242BH that has a dry weight of 3760 lbs. Sleeps 5-6 comfortably. There are a set of bunk beds, a Queen Murphy bed and dinette that can become a third sleeping area. there is LOTS of storage with 3 hanging closets, storage under the bunk beds and dinette as well as an exterior pass thru large enough to hold your Grill, Chairs, Hoses, Leveling Blocks, and Awning Lights, with room to spare. Well maintained with NEW AC unit 1.5 years ago, NEW AWNING last year, NEW STEPS last year. We added an ELECTRIC TONGUE JACK, and STORAGE RACK over the double propane tanks that will hold 500 lbs so we could carry a generator. Will include an equalizing hitch and anti-sway bars for the right price. We have Loved it but are upgrading to a Class C.
