This unit has new tires. Battery and awning are 2 years old. Unit is in excellent condition. A must see to appreciate. Unit was purchased from a private sale 4 years ago, we have enjoyed it but are now wanting to switch to a larger unit. Unit will need to be picked up at our home and payment is to be made prior to picking up.
