This is a Trail Bay Trailer manufactured by R-Vision. It was my mother in-laws guest house in AZ (first 3 images) & she had few guests. It is now parked in La Verne, CA. It has less than 1000 road miles on it. It had a Kool Kover (also seen in first 3 images) while in AZ so sun damage is minimal. I had new tires put on last month as the old ones were cracked from sitting. The couch under the blanket is just fine.
