Ultra-Light easily towed with most vehicles. We used with our suburban. Non smokers never exposed to smoke. Tons of storage. Full bathroom with shower/tub, gas water heater, frig (works on electric, battery, and propane) & freezer, microwave. Stove, oven. All appliances work excellently. Central heat & air, (excellent carrier system) stereo system. All fabric in excellent condition. Outside includes propane grill hooked onto camper, outside shower, awning,(needs repair), Used less than 30 times. Stored safely by home all years.
