This trailer is like brand new with a roof mounted air conditioner, central furnance, microwave oven, large refrigerator/freezer, AM/FM CD Stereo, TV Antenna, mounted stabilizer jacks, 15 foot awning, LP Gas/Smoke Detector, Outside shower, spare tire and carrier. Everything works, tires are almost new, a large rv battery. Lots of storage, Large shower (6 ft person can easily stand straight), New double bed mattress with pillow top cover. Bed is parallel with length of trailer so you can walk on both sides, it also has a privacy curtain. All Owner Manuals for the appliances are with the trailer. We don't use anymore due to health issues, we hate to see it sit when it could be enjoyed by someone. More photos are available upon request. R-Vision Silver Creek 22QB. This is a 4 year old unit used 15 times by 2 adults. There is 1 queen bed at the front, 1 fold down dinette for an additional bed. Everything works great. This is not an entry level trailer, this has some high end finishes. Glass cabinet doors. top of the line appliances. Tons of interior storage. The awning is in great shape. The only flaw is a scrap on the right side from a tree branch, other than that it's in very clean condition. Bought new 4 years ago for $27,000. Priced to sell quick.
