Purchased new and in excellent condition, this trailer is perfect for a family with young kids. It offers 2 slides, a rear room with a leather couch that folds into a bed, 2 bunks, and an entertainment center with a divider offering privacy for the main cabin. The main cabin features a 32" LCD TV, built in DVD/stereo, leather couch that folds into a bed, a dining area that converts into a bed, an electric fireplace, stove/oven with range hood, gas/electric fridge/freezer, microwave, and ample storage. The outside can be equally enjoyed with an electric awning, outdoor speakers, an outdoor bar including a mini-fridge, sink, grill, 2 burner pull-out stove, a tv & cable hook up, and plenty of storage. The bathroom features a full shower and can be accessed directly from the outside. The master bedroom features a queen bed with underneath storage, a tv & cable hook up, sliding doors for privacy, and cabinets for additional storage. Additionally the trailer comes with a central vac, central air, furnace, gas/electric hot water heater, electric hitch & stabilizers, and an outdoor shower. This trailer has been well maintained and has never traveled. My family has enjoyed many memories in this and are selling only to get something more permenant for our site.
