The Upholstery is in good shape with no signs of any wear or tear. The appliances except for the microwave seem to be in good working order. The microwave door does not latch. This 2021 Sanibel 3102 RSWB is Manufactured by Prime Time, located in Greenville Texas. When you step in the door you see a large kitchen layout. It has a center island with a sink and a large pantry. This gives you plenty of counter space. The living room is located in the back with two large couches. The fireplace is located under the retractable TV. With slide-outs on both sides, this makes a large living room area. As you go up the steps to the front, on the left is the bathroom. It has a good-sized shower and vanity with a medicine cabinet over it. In the bedroom, there is a nice-sized closet and a stacking washer and dryer in the cabinet next to it. At the foot of the bed is plenty of drawers and a TV. The exterior has solid steps that make entering the RV more stable. It also has a large pass-through storage area. The hitch is set up for a gooseneck hitch, but it has the fifth-wheel hitch that goes with the RV. This RV is set up with a self-leveling system. If you are looking for an RV that is easy to set up and enjoy the outdoors in comfort, this is the one for you. Reason for selling is no longer need.
