20' Prime Time Tracer Micro Series Ultralight Travel Trailer by Forest River 2012 Model 200RQS. Great condition. See standard specs and floor plan included in the photos. Upgraded / Non-Standard features include: - Two new batteries (fall 2015), - 2nd propane tank (standard is one tank), - 2-tank plastic propane tank cover (not included in standard unit), - New 6" memory foam RV queen mattress (spring 2015), - 30 watt solar panel and charge controller keeps batteries charged when stored and when dry camping, - All lighting upgraded to LED for minimal battery usage, - Additional LED reading lights in dinette area - Custom solid oak dinette table with single post mount. Standard table was missing when we bought it. - Custom exterior mount table for small grill, - New 2016 22" 1080P LCD TV, works on 12v adapter or 110v and includes built-in DVD player, HDMI and USB inputs. Exterior has always been kept clean and waxed. No fiberglass oxidation! It was barely used when we bought it in 2014. Previous owners used it just a couple of times one season, then traded it for larger trailer. There is a lot more inside storage than you would think for this size trailer, including a good size hanging closet. At under 3000lb dry weight, it is easily towable by most larger SUVs and 1/2 ton pickups. Our tow vehicle was a 5.7L V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We are now retired and upgrading to a larger trailer for more extensive and longer term RV travel.
