This is a beautiful travel trailer, featuring a front bedroom and huge rear bath. It has 1 super slide which is approximately 14 foot long, and features the sleeper loveseat and free standing dinette set. We have added a Beauty Rest mattress which sleeps like a dream! There's tons of storage throughout the trailer, the bedroom has his/hers closets, the mattress lifts for under bed storage, there are huge cabinets in the bathroom as well. Our favorite feature is the outside kitchen with an extra fridge, slide out stove, sink for washing hands, and we added an outside grill which mounts to the rear bumper. We have taken very good care of this trailer, and have kept maintenance up. We just replaced the seal on the slide, so you will have no worries of leaking! The awning is 17 feet long. There is an electric tongue jack, and electric stabilizer jacks too which makes for super easy set up! We are including lots of extras, so there won't be much you will need to add in order to have your first camping trip! We are even throwing in a 32" TV w/built-in DVD player so you can watch movies in the great outdoors! We pull this trailer with a Yukon Denali XL. Average retail value is $20,245.
