The tires are updated as of the fall of 2022. There is one scratch on the side of the RV from a tree and one spot from sun damage in the front of the RV. The windows and roof have not been resealed, but there appear to be no leaks. There is a hookup for the generator, but no generator is included with the purchase. Stock #399388 2017 Sanibel 3751 by Prime Time fifth wheel that has been well maintained! Located in Lothian, Maryland, this used Sanibel 3751, manufactured by Prime Time, is a great fifth-wheel trailer for sale. As you enter the fifth wheel along the left side, there is a slide-out with a free-standing dinette and four chairs. Behind the dining room is a corner entertainment center with a large flat-screen TV and DVD/Bluetook entertainment system. Behind the entertainment center is a large pantry that wraps around the back of the RV with the rear kitchen. The kitchen features a full-size residential refrigerator/freezer and a corner three-burner stove with an oven. The counter wraps around counter space that wraps around to a bartop that has a large double kitchen sink. Two bar stools are on the other side of the sink. In front of the kitchen, another slide features the main living area with a hide-a-bed sofa. Adjacent to the slide, you will find space to add your theater seating for two or two recliners. Going up the steps directly in front of the door, you will find a large closet/storage area across the hall from the bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity with corner medicine cabinets and storage underneath. Next to the vanity is the toilet, a 48" shower with a seat, and a linen closet. The bedroom slide-out begins in the hallway with the closet across from the bathroom. The bedroom features an upgraded king bed within the slide as well as a large closet that includes a dresser inside of it! Next to the closet is the washer/dryer combo (a new dryer still in the box is included with the sale but not installed). In front of the bed is a large dresser and a TV. On the exterior, you will find large storage compartments, tire covers, automatic level jacks, propane tanks, and much more.
