2012 Primetime LaCrosse 318bhs - purchased mid 2011.. Bunkhouse model. Two spacious slideouts. Excellent condition, very low miles, only towed in and out of a Pismo Beach RV Park from a nearby storage yard. No smoking or pets. Our children are young adults. Sleeps 9 people! We purchased an extended warranty, which still has about three years left on it. Ducted Heater/AC The bunk room has a loft bed, with cabinets below. It also has a couch that converts into a double bed. (a second bunk was removed to give the room a more spacious feeling) There is a TV and DVD (BluRay), which can also be moved to the living room, or outside. This is a comfortable little room with a accordion door - quite comfortable and private for adults or children. Bathroom has a small tub and shower, ceramic toilet, sink, medicine cabinet and a door to the outside. Main bedroom has queen size bed and lots of cabinets. Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room is very well appointed. Large fridge, microwave, big double sink and lots of cabinets. Couch and Dinette both convert into double beds. There is also a Radio/CD Player with built in speakers. There is a wonderful outside kitchen with sink, stove, bumper mounted BBQ and cabinets. We removed the small fridge that came with it, so we would have more counter space, but it can be replaced with any dorm type fridge. There is a wide electric awning. We have replaced most of the light bulbs with high quality LED bulbs. We also added a Fantastic Fan in the living room area. Since we are not upgrading to a different trailer, we will be including many extras like hoses, sewer connections, extra stabilizers, bumper mounted laundry line, misc other supplies. You will be ready to go! This is a very well appointed and comfortable trailer that has been well taken care of. The trailer will be set up and available for viewing Thursday, June 11th, through Monday, June 15th at an RV Park in Pismo Beach. Please email if you are interested in seeing it.
