1986 Prevost Country Coach XL40, If you have been looking for a Prevost without breaking the bank, then this is your opportunity. I picked up this bus a few weeks ago and drove it 200 miles. It rides like a dream. The transmission shifts perfectly. I have only driven it and done a visual inspection with the generator on to test the electrical items. The former owner said he only used it about 10 times over the 8 years that he owned it and it shows. As you can see from the mileage it is just getting broken in. The generator fires right up and has less than 1400 hours on it. The paint is overall an 8 with only the stripes needing attention. All of the stainless is in excellent condition with only a small rust spot on the handle to the engine compartment. It features 3 televisions (one is outside) that all turn on. There is a Sony DVD player in the bedroom and a Harmon sound system in the living area. There is also a Bose sound system. It has an in motion satellite system. It has 3 AC units and 2 of them fired right up and were blowing cold. Refrigerator operates on either gas or electric. It turns on but the check light comes on so it may need attention. All of the interior lights work. One of the pictures is of the floor plan and the only difference is the bed is turned so the headboard is on the driver's side of the bus. The storage compartments have a full tool box setup, an ice box, and entertainment system. The bus will need all new tires (8) and I found them on Ebay for $450 each but you may be able to get better pricing. There were 2 small roof leaks that were from worn out caulking around the antennas on the roof so I am having all of those resealed so it will not be a problem in the future. The arm rests on the driver and passenger seats are worn out and need replacing. Please do not expect a new bus but for the age this bus is in great condition. I have the title in hand. $45,000.00
