This 2015 Eagle is similar to finding good value in a home that needs a little TLC. It has been cosmetically remodeled by the previous owner. All the cabinetry is custom and painted and in good condition. The couch is recently new. The full-sized residential fridge is in great condition. There is some fixable interior damage, such as a dog chewing down the bottom of the bunk door. The bunk bed has a wooden piece that needs repair (it does not affect function). The exterior shows its age and some damage. The decals are cracked. The left rear side, where the back meets the side, is damaged (the RV backed into something while it was being loaned out). It does not affect any function and is repairable. One of the wheels has a dent in the hub. The seller has dropped the price to reflect the cost of doing repairs.
