The slideout hydraulics need service. They all work but are slow to open.
The kitchen slide needs to be repaired; it opens and closes but is slow.
The retractable steps are fully functional but need to be straightened, as they are bent.
There is some rust, with 30-40 nickel-sized spots.
The paint has a few small scratches and some minor paint peel on the louver above the windshield.
The ACs are newer.

Beautiful custom built 2006 Powerhouse Coach with only 80,000 miles!
This custom-built 52-foot Motor Coach, constructed by Powerhouse Coach in 2006 on a Volvo VNL780 chassis, has traveled 78,000 original miles. It has a 500HP Cummins turbo diesel engine, a 12-speed auto-shift transmission, a Class 5 hitch for towing, and a lateral drive system for sideways movement.
The cab has updated electronics, such as a Pioneer multimedia receiver, Garmin GPS, SiriusXM Radio, and a Radar detector. There is belted seating for six with heated and cooled air-ride seats.
An 8,000W Onan diesel generator powers the 50 amp electrical system with 385 hours. A 2500-watt whole house Sign Wave inverter system/charger with solar panels on the roof.
The coach features three slide-outs, a 19' motorized awning, a 250-gallon fresh water capacity, heated and insulated tanks, and a propane furnace.
The kitchen features solid oak cabinetry with Corian countertops a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave.
It's registered as an RV and requires no CDL for operation. Some mechanical issues noted are the need for service on the slide-out hydraulics, retractable steps, and minor cosmetic concerns.
There are sleeping arrangements for six with pull-down bunk beds, a full-size pullout sofa, and a queen bed in the master bedroom.
