2008 Fleetwood Westlake , This Pop Up has served our family well. It has been extremely well maintained and always stored inside. It has heat and air conditioning, refrigerator, hot water heater, shower, toilet, small bump out at kitchen sink, outdoor shower and an outdoor table for grill. There are KING beds on both ends of the trailer and the kitchen table folds down to make another bed. The roof and canvas are in excellent condition and we have never had even a drop of water in the camper during some heavy rain. There is an awesome awning that extends off the front of the camper. The camper has electric brakes and a sway control bar for easy towing. The tires are in excellent shape and the wheel bearings have bearing buddies in them for easy maintenance. You will not find a camper that has been better cared for or in better condition than this one. Not interested in trades or selling to wholesale.
