Nice little popup for sale. 2001, only 2 owners. I bought it 4 years ago, but have only been able to use it 5-6 times. Just had all 4 cables replaced for the lift system...$900 repair. The roof lifts super easy now. Comes with AC and 16,000 BTU furnace for chilly nights. A 3 burner cook top that can be mounted inside or out. A gas grill (never used). Sleeps 7-8 people. Just under 19 feet when towing and once folded out at the camp site it is a roomy 24 feet long. 2 overhead storage areas as well as storage under the dining seats. Has an awning as well mounted on the front. 17 gallon fresh water tank for when a water hook up is unavailable. "Outside Shower" which is nice to rinse off feet or sand after a day at the beach. Comes with a small Porti-Potti, which we have never used...but always nice in case of an emergency. Minor tears in the canvas, mainly at the corners. Still works like a charm, and stays dry as a bone during storms.
