2007 Fleetwood Avalon , 2007 Fleetwood Avalon pop-up camper that sleeps 9. 2 king size beds with a fold down couch and a large slide out dining area. Roof top A/C works well on 120 Volts, and the furnace heats the camper well with propane, hot water heater is 120 volt of propane. Refrigerator works on 12 Volt, 120 Volt and Propane. Has a chemical toilet in the bathroom with a small shower inside. 3 burner stove, outdoor shower and outdoor grill. There was a little water damage on one side but the roof panels and Air Conditioner gasket (reason for water) have been replaced a few stains on one canvas are all that remain, the leaky A/C gasket has been replaced. Easy to set up, easy to tow. 16' when broken down, and 26' when set up. Tow hitch, and sway bar included. Water pressure regulator, leveling blocks, chock blocks, septic tube, fresh water hose, and 2, 20 pound propane tanks go with it as well. This is not your average pop up. This is the deluxe model. This is well under the NADA price due to a few water stains and the electrical lift switch being broken. The lift still works I just use a wire to energize the motor and raise and lower the roof. I am working on fixing the switch but a new one might have to be purchased. This comes with a ball and static sway bar, black water lines, freshwater hose with pressure regulator, leveling blocks, and anything else I needed to camp.
