This 25'9" Coleman pop-up is a terrific family camper. It has been garage stored and used sparingly (less than 2 times/year). The second owners, we've owned this 2000 Coleman Grand Tour Series Sun Valley since 2005. It can sleep nine total in two queen-sized mattress pull out sections, on a pull out couch, and in the convertible kitchenette seating area. The mattresses are upgraded Coleman 6 inch camping pads. Included are full sheet sets for both queen beds. The camper is equipped with two dual burner propane stoves, one inside the kitchenette and an outside removable stove. The kitchen sink and stove module swings up into a bumped out kitchen bay window. Equipped with a full-sized awning, this camper is large enough for a family to enjoy the outdoors, but still compact enough to fit into your garage. The trailer is equipped with a 3-way refrigerator, has water storage tanks as well as direct water connections. The roof is reinforced to support an AC unit, but we never installed one. The propane fueled heater is effective in the cooler Fall temperatures. The trailer has stabilizer jacks (crank-down variety) and comes with a full-sized spare tire. Included is a sway control bar (EAZ-LIFT) and two inch Reese ball and hitch (rated for 5000lbs). It is Maryland registered through 2017.
