This camper is very clean and well maintained. No pets or smokers. It has been stored indoors during the winter. Features include: heated King and Queen mattresses, overhead vent/fan, furnace with thermostat, 3-way refrigerator, 3 burner stove, outdoor grill, sink with city/tank water supply, 20 gallon water holding tank, one 20 lb. propane tank, awning, steel wheels, a spare tire, and lots of storage. No rips or tears in any of the screens or canvas material. All manuals are included as well as a setup DVD.
