2013 PLEASURE WAY PURSUIT.......WOW, WHERE DO I START?....This EXTREMELY CLEAN B+ Coach has only 27,000 actual miles. I purchased this RV from a 72 year old gentleman who recently retired and spent the last year or so relaxing alone on a long overdue cross country RV trip. Had to sell only due to some health problems. No pet smells or smoke odors (Still smells new inside). Extremely shiny without any fading or oxidation due to the fact that this Coach has full body paint. The interior is spotless with Corian counter tops and shower walls and solid maple cabinets. You would search a long time to find a nicer one. This is an opportunity to purchase a "QUALITY BUILT" Coach that is extremely nice without the price tag of a new one! Perfect size (22')..easy to park in a normal spot and to drive through small towns and heavy traffic. ( Nothing worse than stressing out when driving a large Coach ). The Pursuit is fully equipped for longer trips and it excels at making short weekend jaunts seem like full-blown vacations. Powered by the Triton V-10, 6.8 liter motor. Strong enough to tow a vehicle, trailer or your towable playthings. This is the preferred drive train with the Ford chassis and not to be compared to the EXTREMELY UNDER POWERED V-8, 5.4 liter sometimes still found in a Class B or B+'s. The undercarriage is very nice and has just been treated with Fluid film (Corrosion Protection). Rear U-Shaped dinette (You actually have room to enjoy card games with 4 to 5 adults at your favorite campground) and it converts into a spacious 60x80" queen size sleeping area. "Pocket" doors open up to a full dry bath with a "larger than most" stand-up shower. Convection microwave, Large fridge / freezer, Inverter, Large TV & dvd player, Factory Nav. and a backup camera. 4K generator, Rear outside PASS-THROUGH storage (Only found on models equipped with the U-shaped dinette). There's plenty of garbage out there when it comes to used Motorhomes but B+ RV's in this condition are hard to find. I WOULD CONSIDER ANYTHING ON TRADE BUT IT MUST BE NICE, NO JUNK!
