This unit looks to be in very good condition inside and out as you can see in the pictures. It does have the original tires from purchase in 2020 but they only have maybe 500 miles on them. Also has a spare tire that has never been used. All of the awnings and slide covers are in good shape as well as the roof. This RV is ready for her next owner to start enjoying right away. Stock #322526 This RV was SOLD on May 13. This one owner 5th wheel is in very good condition and has been well-kept by the owner. Probably towed on the road less than 500 miles. The RV was set up at an RV site and used as a weekend getaway. It has a spacious layout with 4- slides, a nice full kitchen with a full-size fridge and four burner stove, and much more. The arched ceilings with recess lights add a special touch to the RV. This unit has large holding tanks and the seller also added an extra propane tank. The RV has a sleeping capacity of up to eight with a sleeper sofa with a queen pull-out, the mid bedroom has a full sleeper sofa, the loft above has a queen bed and then in the master, you have a king bed. All of the flooring and furniture look great throughout the RV. This RV comes with sunscreens and blackout shades on all of the windows inside and the owner also added rain/sun shade cover over the slides as well. The unit is pre-wired for a generator in the front compartment.
