2007 Pilgrim International Cirrus 25CKR, 2007 25' Cirrus Model 25CRK, Ultra Light Travel Trailer 4,680 lbs. Original 1-owner, non-smoking, purchased new in 2007. Very clean, everything works, no wear on materials. Have Owners guide with full documentation on all features and appliance. There are 2 entry doors, both with screen doors. The kitchen has a 6 cuft refrigerator with small freezer, 3-burner stove, w/oven, microwave, range hood w/light, double stainless sink, laminated counters, and oak cabinets. The dinette seats four and folds down for children to sleep. The sofa (also folds out for sleeping) and is opposite the dinette and is part of the slide out. The slide is electric -- just push a button and the slide moves out about 20" to make the area spacious. The bathroom includes toilet, sink, tub w/ shower. There's a storage cabinet and overhead fan and skylight to make it bright and comfortable. With 38-gal tank, and a 6gal hot water heater, you will be just fine. After you clean up and turn in, there is a very comfortable, queen size bed all made up and ready to dream on. The bedroom area has side cabinets for hanging clothing, and side tables to place anything you need to have access to at night. Under the bed, there is plenty of storage. The bed swings up to give you top access to everything. There is a wardrobe closet opposite the bathroom, very roomy for shirts, pants, and shoes. The second access door is located in the bedroom. So you can exit and enter the trailer from either end. Outside the trailer there is a patio light, TV antenna, cable hookup, 20' awning for shade, 30 amp converter, 28' power cord to plug the trailer in, 120V outside receptacle. Storage bays under the trailer for chairs, tools, and all your junk. Also has a gas connection for your propane grill - PERFECT! Windows crank out, ceiling vents crank up, and have covers to stay open while keeping out the rain. Although most campgrounds have electricity, it is not needed to spend a few days just with battery life. Inside colors are green and beige leaf prints, very warm and inviting. Window mini-blinds and treatments on all windows, no-wax vinyl parquet flooring covers the entire trailer. Non smoking family, no odors, stains, tears - very good condition - you'll see that when you inspect it. The unit has a 25,000 BTU Furnace, 13,500 BTU roof air, ceiling vents that open with covers to protect from rain, stabilizer jacks, 14" dual tires + spare, 2" receiver on back bumper for bike rack, large windows, outside shower for rinsing off the sand, smoke detector, LP Gas detector, fire extinguisher, ground fault circuits, battery compartment, and two-20lb LP Tanks.
