for more pics please see my website.. This 5th wheel was bought directly from the local owner. It is a one owner trailer. The previous owner said he never took it more than 30 miles one way. The last time it was used was approx 1 yr ago.Generally V2GRV sells motorized RVs so when RV , Coach , or similar is used please keep in mind it is reffering to the 5th Wheel travel trailer.GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit.This trailer was originally made and sold as a 2006 Pilgrim International Open Road.The Open Road can be compared to other 5th wheels like the Keystone Montana , Mountaineer , Wyoming , Grand Junction , Cedar Creek , SunnybrookThe outside of the trailer is probably is in ABOVE avg to Nice condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs. The stripes are in good shape. No cracking or peelingThe inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This coach approx 37 foot According to NADA. This trailer is NOT a lite weight trailer. Please consult your trucks owners manuals concerning safe towing. The GVW on the trailer is a little over 15k lbsThis trailer was just towed approx 30 miles with no trouble.There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.Nada price is nearly 19k, this does not include 6 brand new tiresThis means the coach is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.There are no known roof leaks at this time.Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks.This coach can sleep a total of 7 The tires have good tread 16 inch wheels. The tires were made early 2005. They are inexcess of 7 yrs old, which is the life of an RV tire. New Tires will cost approx $850 which is included in the purchase of the RV for the price postedThe carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures.
