This vehicle has had exceptional maintenance always started and moved at least once a month when stationery. All equipment generator A/C units furnaces run also. New front A/C and and rear is 7 years new. Unit has fresh poliglow coating, tires were replaced in late 2009. Unit also has a motorcycle lift rated at 1,000 lbs which was a $5,000 add on. I also added a fully automatic satellite system which includes two separate feeds as well as necessary boxes one DVR and 1 HD receiver as well as Bose surround system for front room All 4 house batteries are 3 years old and properly maintained, Generator has less than 50 hours since complete service. Step motor and computer replaced less than 2 months. Air box removed along with radiator steam cleaned less than 1 year at the same time I had the waterpump, all belts and the Dash A/C compressor replaced.
