While collecting photos of the RV, no minor or major dings or scratches were noted, The interior of the RV is clean and well-kept, having a like-new appearance. This coach is ready to hit the road with a new owner. Stock #379651 2014 Phaeton by Tiffin (40QBH) - Class A Motorhome in Houma, LA This 2014 Phaeton by Tiffin is located in Houma, LA. When entering the coach from the passenger side, a touch of class is immediately noticed. The upholstery is leather throughout the RV, and the wooden cabinetry has a warm shine under the beautiful light fixtures. The seller made some tasteful modifications to the floor plan. The sofa bed immediately behind the driver's seat has been replaced with two leather, electric, recliners. The recliners were custom-built by Lambright and installed by Great American RV, a Tiffin dealer. The jack knife sofa bed that was behind the captain's chair on the passenger side was replaced with a quality-made entertainment center. The center includes a TV, fireplace, two pop-up charging stations, and lots of cabinetry above the TV and on each side of the fireplace. The dinette on the driver's side is moving back towards the food prep area, which is convertible to a sofa bed for 2. It has sofa-style bench seating, large enough to seat up to 4 adults and children. Continuing back on the driver's side is the residential-size refrigerator and freezer. The unit includes an ice maker and water service function. This side of the living area is completed with a flat-screen TV and storage cabinet. There is a three-burner stove with a cover, a double sink with a cover, and a large microwave/convection oven. A half bath with a toilet, storage cabinets, and a mirrored medicine chest is moving back on the passenger side. Next toward the back is the master bedroom. It has a queen-sized bed with underneath storage, nightstands on each side, and lots of cabinets above. The master is completed with a large flat-screen TV, a hutch with drawers, and a ceiling fan. The final room in the very back of the coach is the master bath. This full bath has lots of mirrors, a large shower, a toilet, and lots of storage. Also in this area is a large hanging closet and the washer and dryer. Reason for selling is bought a vacation property.
