This camper is in excellent shape. I just got back from a trip to Florida in it, and spent about 3 weeks there. Before I left Florida, I had 4 new Goodyear Marathon 10 ply tires put on at a cost of $700.00Everything worked as it should A/C was cold on the 85 degree days, and furnace worked well on the few nights it got down 40 and 50. It has 2 Flat screen TV's; one in the living room and one in the bedroom. They work perfectly. Refrigerator/freezer worked great on electricity while there, and gas on the way home. The hot water tank is gas or electric and works great. The carpet and furniture are clean and there are no smells of smoke or animals. All floors, ceilings, doorways and windows are solid and the camper has never had a leak. The roof was cleaned and sealed in the fall. Camper has three slides and all work independent, so when traveling, you can get to the sink, refrigerator, bathroom, and bedroom without sliding a room out. Excel by Peterson Ind. are known to build High Quality campers. In fact, they don't build entry level. Trailer weighs 10950 lbs, has a 71 gal fresh water tank, 55 gal grey tank and 39 gal black holding tank.
