Hello, I'm in need of selling my 1999 Patio Kit Hauler. I found this gem when I was driving with my father in Orange County. This model looked very odd to me, it was old but very well maintained. After much research online and not much information I found out this was a very rare custom build. The company was called "Kit Patio Custom". The layout it has is very outdoor friendly and I jumped on oppurtunity to remodel it. After two month of remodeling and camping trips I must sale the RV because I need the money for a business start up. Everything on the RV works like a charge.
