The unit is in excellent condition, has full size appliances including a residential fridge/freezer with ice maker, stove/oven and microwave. There is a sliding glass door entrance into the living area and an additional entry way in bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress,ample storage space and the bed is the slide out which allows for a large bedroom area. The living room has a sofa sleeper, swivel/rocking chair and the TV is included. This would be great in the mountains and/or at the beach and at 8,062 lbs dry weight, can be towed rather easily.
