Note that it is a Park model home that has standard residential fridge and toilet. It was a FEMA trailer and is not technically a Wildwood 29BH model, but by comparison, they are the same. The over range Microwave is a standard house model. There are also NO fresh water or brown water holding tanks. Has standard 120V / 12V -30amp power supply. Has 4 attached leveling jacks. RV is in good clean condition and everything works as intended. Air blows cold. Water heater, stove and furnace are propane and work as perfectly. All lights work and some have been replaced with LED's. The sofa has been modified to a bench style with new cushions. All the finishes are in good condition. There are no roof or plumbing leaks. Running lights and brakes work with 7 PIN connector. There is No battery or Propane tanks. Dual tank Regulator is included and functional. It is available Immediately. There is an awning rail, but no awning or hardware. Tires have good tread. I pulled it to Athens from Macon with no problems. ***Regarding the last 3 photos: I purchased this and 2 other homes to use as rentals in my Mobile Home park. After setting up, the City told me I could not use them for rentals as they are not considered permanent housing. I had to remove from the park, but you can see how they would look with basic skirting.
