Overall, the upholstery and flooring are in good shape. However, there is wear and tear on the recliners (see photos).
New roof installed in Sept 2023 appears intact and in good condition. It was raining during the photoshoot, and there was no visible water intrusion.
The steps leading up to the kitchen have some paint wear; a touchup is needed.
All lights and electronics worked fine during the photoshoot.
The tires are in good shape and have tread. Three tires have 2017 date codes; one tire has 2016.
