This 2018 Columbus 386FK by Palomino Fifth Wheel appears to be in very nice condition and well-maintained.
The sellers explained that the RV was purchased locally and delivered to its current location, where it has remained since. Consequently, the tires are original with a tire date code of 2117.
The new dual RV recliners with a console were just replaced on 3/27 and they look great. The only discrepancy appears to be the fabric used on the sofas, which is unfortunately common among many RVs manufactured in the same timeframe. The outer "pleather" material is pealing and is currently hidden under covers.
The sellers state that all features and functions work as intended and have produced all the original owners' manuals.
