The representative has not personally seen this unit. Per the seller everyting is is good working order, and there are no blemishes inside or outside of the unit. This 2016 Columbus by Palimino is loaded with great features. For example it has a central vacuum system, and set up is a breeze with the auto leveling jacks. It has an electric fireplace, and you can use this one all year as it has the cold weather package with a heated underbelly. And it is solar ready! The floorplan is a rear kitchen, which is complete with double sink, microwave/convection oven, three burner stove, a conventional oven and a four door refrigerator/freezer.
