Hot water heater is both propane and electric. 3 Big closets w/mirrors and (9) drawers in hallway plus storage above sofa and dinette, above and below entertainment area. Queen bed with storage below and above bed, 2 closets and bedside tables with drawers. Outside shower, 17 ft awning with LED lights under awning, power jacks in front and back, passthru storage in front and back w/storage under dinette seating you can reach from inside and out.. 2001 Ford is a Lariat with leather seats, power drivers seat, well maintained and comes with a brake controller.
