sleeps 5. 1 bunk, couple in full bed, and 2 more in the couch that turns into a bed. fun to pull with any suv. about 4500 dry loaded would say 5500 but i pulled it with my pathfinder and 1000 pounds in product and with no problem drove it from florida to colorado and new mexico. i love it. good starter rv. what needs is the batteries to light up the lights between campgrounds if needed. and a new awning since this one is old and i broke an arm. thats why i lowered from 11000 retail to 7500 and now to 7000 so you have room to buy awning in eBay for 400 and battery and get it all together. to compensate for awning I'm throwing my adjustable hitch with sway bars about 500 dollar upgrade. ac works perfect so fast and heater heats also even the bathroom lol. has 2-30gallon propane tanks to operate water heater, stove and even freeze the top refrigerator when no connected. and everything you need to spend weeks outside having fun and stuff. only reason I'm selling it is i want a big one now since i bought new silverado 2500hd. 6800 firm. i don't take offers. you come look at it bring cashiers check or cash and i give you title on hand. easy transaction. local pick up only located in deltona, florida. set up appointment andres 3214424166.
